💈 A Familiar Face, A Special Shoot

When your hair stylist asks you to squeeze in a quick cap and gown session for her son, Brok, before he heads out on his LDS mission… the answer is always yes.
This session was personal. I’ve known this family through haircuts, conversations, and shared stories over the years — so being trusted with this moment was such a gift.

⏱️ A Last-Minute Mini, Packed With Meaning
It was a tight timeline. Brok had just graduated and was preparing to serve his LDS mission in Argentina — with a suitcase packed and just days to spare. But even with the rush, we carved out the time to honor this huge milestone.
Because here's the thing about cap and gown photography sessions:📸 It’s not just about the cap.💬 It’s about who they are right now — and who they’re about to become.
✨ A Bit of Light, A Lot of Heart
We kept it simple. Clean, natural light. Candid smiles. That iconic blue cap. And a few personal touches that speak to Brok’s next chapter. No fluff. Just him — standing between high school and the wide world ahead.
It was fast, heartfelt, and full of those quietly powerful moments.

💌 Why These Photos Matter
Cap and gown minis are quick — but they’re never small.
They’re about freezing time in the best way. Whether your senior is off to college, trade school, a mission, or a gap year of exploration… these photos become heirlooms. A reminder of who they were right before everything changed.
