Once you’ve reached out, the magic begins! I’ll respond to confirm availability, answer questions, and get the conversation rolling. From here, we’ll determine whether the session type and location align with your vision. I’m here to help you bring that dream session to life.

To make sure I understand your needs fully, I may send a short questionnaire. It’s optional, but it helps me learn more about:

• What the images will be used for

• If there’s a special occasion involved

• Who will be joining the shoot

This helps me customize your session and avoid a one-size-fits-all approach.

📆 Booking & Scheduling Your Session

Once we’ve locked in your session type and location, you'll receive everything you need to officially book:

• A contract to review and sign

• Your invoice (sometimes with payment plan options)

• A booking confirmation email

  
  

For smaller sessions (like a family or mini shoot), you may receive all of this in one tidy email. For larger or multi-part sessions, I break it up so nothing gets missed. Your session time is only confirmed once both the contract and payment are submitted.

🧾 Pre-Shoot Details and Communication

After booking, I’m still right here with you. Have a question about wardrobe? Want location advice? Need to add a special shot request? I’m happy to help with anything you’re thinking about — all the way up to shoot day.

Some requests will be covered by the questionnaire or early communication, but don’t worry if something comes to mind later. I’ll do my best to accommodate late requests when they’re reasonable and feasible. And if I can’t make something happen (weather, time constraints, etc.), I’ll always be transparent and help come up with the best possible alternative.
